Follow up on a sentence, with its context
When research, design, or learning raises a detail worth exploring, open a branch. It inherits the preceding context at creation time, so you do not have to explain it again. Explore the details while the main thread moves forward.
What supports this conclusion? Are there alternatives?

Read side by side and compare the details
Keep the main thread and its branches in adjacent columns. Read long explanations, tables, and code while the original question stays in view. Compare assumptions, evidence, and alternatives as you go.

Find every question in the branch tree
Follow-up questions naturally form branches. Use the branch tree and child-thread navigation to retrace a discussion. Collapse branches you are not using and reopen them when needed.

Bring useful conclusions back to your work
Save a branch conclusion as an Artifact and explicitly reference it with @ in the main thread. Choose what to carry forward into your requirements, research report, or learning plan.
